i see myself on a beach that stretchs forever. staring into that Ocean as its Waves
brush my feet. You wanted so badly for me to bring You Here. so i could watch You play in the water and love you more than the sand loves Your footprints. but old flames that refused to burn out kept uS from getting Here. i promised i would take You there someday but i find myself Here alone. and i wish You where here so i could hold You against me when that cold Breeze hits my skin. a single salty drop of water rolls from my face to join its Mother Ocean. i turn my back and walk away as the Air howls with my pain and the Waves crash with my sorrow.

ooohhh...you get me here. very sad, very intimidating, almost, leaves a little to think about, you get us, the reader to feel with you, which i guess is the main idea.

*nods* yes.. *nods* mmm hmmm... *nods again* I agree, a good work which evokes emotion, and makes us think of our own times in which we have felt the ways that you are describing, well at least to our own degree, allowing the reader to delve into their own world of sorrow. This is something I needed this evening, and it is a good work. Nice job.
